When to play
Stage 2: Let Mama Beak or Kog'Maw carry Aphelios's Red Buff and sword pieces, with Sett receiving armor and Gözcü holding Protector's Vow; buy time for the four-cost transition.
Stage 3: Push through 6 and 7 on tempo, keep a copy of every core four-cost, and reserve gold for the level 8 roll instead of chasing three-star low-costs.
Stage 4+: Roll for Aphelios 2, Zyra 2 and the front pair at 8; place Aphelios at 3-0 and Sett at 0-2, then add a five-cost if the board stabilizes. Backrow Star accelerates Aphelios, while Bark Armor reinforces the tank.
